I have had nearly a week to try to describe that gratitude for Andrea, and yet I'm still speechless. I had reached out about securing a cart for an event, and in my head, I secured it, but unfortunately, I never did. Once I realized it, it was just a few days from the event and began panicking completely. I reached out to confirm if I did in fact drop the ball. She bagan to make some calls and essentially was an unknowing savior for us. I couldn't express our gratitude enough, and very grateful that we had her helping us. When we need another golf cart, or hopefully purchasing one by the end of next year, I know exactly who I will be working with for that transaction, and definitely any referrals.

This place is the BEST EVER! Not a fancy place but Kelly is absolutely amazing ! They know the industry inside and out and they will definately work with your timeline and your budget. They also have great relationships with all the Clubs and know all the particulars about their rules. You must check them out before buying!

I cannot say enough and wish 10/5 stars an option. Bummer of an out of warranty charger situation a year into one of the single best purchases we have ever made with this golf cart not even really a crisis because of the phenomenal customer service. Truly fantastic. If you're thinking about whether or not you need a golf cart in your life, I can confirm you do and you can thank me later after you've gotten it here. Cheers, team! First off, I cant say enough about Erica. After trying a local dealer where I live, I had zero luck getting the cart I wanted, in the color I wanted. I was told no, dont make that color. No, cant get that one till March. No, they dont make a fitted enclosure. I was just about to settle. Then I called Grapevine Northlake and talked to a high spirited, very polite, and friendly Erica. My experience was a lot of Yes, absolutely, and no problem. Her attitude and attention to service was by far the best experience I have had in a long time. BTW, I drove over six hours just because of her. Definitely worth every mile. Thank you very much.

Great experience getting an upgrade from regular to lithium batteries. Everyone involved from my first call to getting an estimate to getting my cart back in a timely manner was helpful and professional. I know where I'm going for ANY golf cart repairs in the future!

Every time I have engaged with Grapevine Golf, they have been very professional and attentive and do not try to oversell/upsell. Now they do make suggestions, that's their business. Great customer experience.

Been to both Grapevine and Northlake locations. Started with Andrea at Grapevine who was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped me pick out the perfect cart for what I need. I went to see Megan in Northlake where they had the cart I wanted in stock. She was also very helpful and we got things done very efficiently. Communication was great and all questions were answered. I got my golf cart super quick! It ended up being too high for my garage so they picked it up and lowered it for me. I got my cart delivered back to me the very next day! JT did the pick ups and deliveries and he was super chill, great attitude and very helpful. He definitely deserves a mention too.

Staff is always friendly, and service to any of our vehicles has always been completed in a timely manner. They have a large rental fleet of cars as well, if you just need to rent cars for a special event.

I needed a new windshield for a 13 year old previous model club car. Megan was on it and ordered and shipped the part instantly. I had originally purchased the cart from Grapevine in 2012 so was very pleased to see their excellent customer service was still in place in 2025!
